The reform that has been carried out in this house has been comprehensive, reinforcing the structure, changing the electrical system and the plumbing system. On an aesthetic level, the interior walls have been smoothed, new points have been chosen for the windows, so that the house gains luminosity, in addition to being replaced by PVC carpentry. The American kitchen has been completely renovated integrating into the living room and in the bathrooms tiles, taps and furniture have been changed. Outside the house a corner pool and parking have been included. On an aesthetic level, we have decided to finish it with white Chinese and fruit trees and palm trees.
