The house was a DAVID model that originally consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The new distribution of the house is as follows: 3 bedrooms, 1 of them with dressing room and bathroom on suite, 1 family bathroom, living room and kitchen with island.

The reform that has been carried out in this house has been comprehensive, reinforcing the structure, changing the electrical system and the plumbing system.

At the aesthetic level, the interior walls have been smoothed, new points have been chosen for the windows, so that the house gains light, in addition to being replaced by PVC carpentry. The house has ducted air conditioning and electrical system in the windows.

The open plan kitchen has been completely renovated, integrating it into the living room, and the tiles, taps and furniture have been changed in the bathrooms.

The exterior of the house has included a 12 x 5 pool with Jacuzzi, toilet and a BBQ. At the aesthetic level we have decided to give it a finish with white chines, fruit trees and palm trees.
