The house was a Manuel model that originally consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The new distribution of the house is as follows: 3 bedrooms, 1 of them with bathroom en suite, 1 family bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The reform that has been carried out in this house has been comprehensive, reinforcing the structure, changing the electrical system and the plumbing system.

At the aesthetic level, the interior walls have been smoothed, new points have been chosen for the windows, so that the house gains light, in addition to being replaced by PVC carpentry.

The open plan kitchen has been completely renovated, integrating it into the living room, and the tiles, taps and furniture have been changed in the bathrooms.

Outside the house a 6x3 pool with waterfall and access to the 90 m2 solarium has been included. At the aesthetic level we have decided to give it a finish with white chinas and fruit trees and palm trees.
