The building work that has been done is following :

2) The plumbing has been changed in the whole house.

3) The walls from the whole house have been smoothed.

4) The house has been retiled.

5) The kitchen has been extended towards the gallery, including the square meters of the gallery.

6) The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a very sunny terrace.
